Our daily output capacity is 10,000 custom ceramic chips per day in addition to 6000 clay inlay chips per day. Our facility includes 11 printers, 3 lamination stations, and three die cutting stations in addition to a state-of-the-art ceramic press facility. PGI also offers UV security inks in addition to custom mold security markings for those clients who require the utmost in security.

Custom molds are available for both clay and ceramic chips.

PGI is well known for RUSH service and can complete your order, if needed, within a 24 -48 hour turnaround time. PGI sells directly to casinos and gaming establishments through our casino division, in addition to manufacturing for  approved resellers, and we also maintain the PGI site for faster order processing for our select customers.

Certain blanks and certain chip/color combiantions are ONLY available to licensed gaming establishments.

As of November, 2009 PGI has opened our casino gaming table division and can build-to -order custom gaming tables in our new 25,000sf manufacturing facility.
