PGI custom manufacturers ceramic poker chips using vendor or customer supplied artwork. Orders are requested in increments of 50pc per denomination. Artwork should be ROUND with transparent backround. Acceptable file formats include:PSD, AI, EPS and even JPG with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Face artwork must include small bleed area. Face artwork dimensions should be 1.570 x 1.570 inches with a printable area of 1.550 inches. Edgestripe should be as follows: length: 5.04 inches height: .130 inches Please keep the edgespots symmetrical on the edge design and if using multiple edgespots, please divide one edgespot in half and place one half to the far left and one half to the far right of your design. This way, each 1/2 edgespot will meet on the edge of the chip and match the corresponding edgepsots in length. This is the union area. PGI uses the series V blank for casino and licensed gaming clientele. Our series V blank features extremely high tolerences ( .005 accuracy) and can be handled by most  chip counters. This blank can be UV encoded when needed, and is also available with the PGI mold marking for added security.
